i have recently bought a new LV bag in europe while travel overseas. Unluckily the bag has some slight defect. Now i am back in Malaysia, so can i exchange my bag in malaysia LV boutique?

I would ask them and if not; you might want to fly back to that store. But i would call them first to see if they will take it. But depending on flight costs and stuff, it may or may not be worth it.

Yes they will – they are guaranteed against defects for at least the first 2 years even after that they will sometimes fix it for free
Bring it in to the store (with your reciept) and they will certainly hep you =)
